Managers Report

3502 SAINT AUGUSTINE’S PUBLIC SCHOOL

Greetings to one and all. May the good Lord shower his blessings to on all of us and may continue to bless our institution – St. Augustine’s Public School.

I have much pleasure in presenting my Annual Managers Report.

Firstly I would like to thank the members of the school management team for the challenges that we have taken to accomplish our mission and goals.

I would also like to thank the school administration led by the Head teacher and his staff, the parents and pupils and the community at large as a whole for putting their trust & confidence in us to see to the welfare of the institution and to provide a safe, clean and conducive learning environment for all of us.

At this juncture I would like to acknowledge the good working relationship, partnership and teamwork we enjoy with the head teacher of the school, MR. Habib Khan.

My management has embarked on some of the projects and it is our intention to see it through fruition by the end of this year. The water bore hole project is completed and now in full operation. The children are enjoying clean, safe and a regular supply of water.

We have managed to renovate and paint most of the classrooms inside. The staffroom is done and the school Library will be given a face lift.

The multi-purpose hall is under construction and nearing completion.

 The school quarters have been repaired and they are both occupied.

The major project that will be ventured into will be a construction of a new classroom block. The fundraising drive is on where the management, teachers and children will be involved.

Our management team will continuously work in partnership with all the important stakeholders to provide the best facilities to our teachers and children to enhance the teaching and learning process. Please continue to support and co-operate with us to achieve success for your children.
